최종 사용자 사용권 계약 (EULA)

본 최종 사용자 사용권 계약(이하 "계약")은 JUNU(이하 "회사")와 솔티(Solti) 앱(이하 "앱") 이용자(이하 "이용자") 간에 체결됩니다.

앱을 다운로드하거나 사용함으로써 본 계약에 동의한 것으로 간주됩니다.

1. 이용 허락

회사는 이용자에게 본 앱을 개인적·비상업적 목적으로 사용할 수 있는 제한적·비독점적·양도 불가능한 라이선스를 부여합니다.

2. 제한 사항

이용자는 다음 행위를 할 수 없습니다:

  • 앱의 복사, 수정, 배포, 판매, 임대
  • 앱의 역공학, 디컴파일, 소스 코드 추출 시도
  • 앱의 상업적 이용

3. 광고

본 앱은 무료로 제공되며, 프리미엄 구독을 이용하지 않는 이용자에게는 Google AdMob을 통한 광고가 표시될 수 있습니다. 광고와 관련된 개인정보 처리에 관한 사항은 본 앱의 개인정보 처리방침을 참조해 주십시오.

4. 구독 서비스(인앱 결제)

앱은 광고 제거 및 추가 기능을 제공하는 프리미엄 구독(자동 갱신 구독)을 제공합니다.

  • 구독 요금 및 갱신 주기는 앱 내 구독 화면에서 확인할 수 있습니다.
  • 구독은 Apple App Store 또는 Google Play Store를 통해 처리되며, 회사는 이용자의 결제수단 정보를 수집·저장하지 않습니다.
  • 결제 주기 종료 최소 24시간 전까지 자동 갱신을 해제하지 않으면 동일한 조건으로 자동 갱신되며, 갱신 요금은 해당 스토어 계정으로 청구됩니다.
  • 구독 관리 및 자동 갱신 해제는 각 스토어의 구독 관리 화면에서 가능합니다.
  • 환불은 각 스토어의 환불 정책에 따릅니다.

5. 데이터 및 기록

앱에서 생성된 운동 기록은 기기 내부에만 저장됩니다. 앱을 삭제하면 모든 기록이 영구 삭제되며, 회사는 이에 대한 책임을 지지 않습니다.

6. 서비스 변경 및 종료

회사는 사전 고지 없이 앱의 기능을 변경하거나 서비스를 종료할 수 있습니다.

7. 면책 조항

앱은 "있는 그대로" 제공됩니다. 회사는 앱 사용으로 인한 데이터 손실, 기기 손상, 기타 손해에 대해 책임을 지지 않습니다.

8. 준거법

본 계약은 대한민국 법률에 따라 해석됩니다.

Solti End User License Agreement

End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is between JUNU ("Company") and the user ("User") of the Solti app ("App").

By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

1. License Grant

The Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

2. Restrictions

You may not:

  • Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or rent the App
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code
  • Use the App for commercial purposes

3. Advertising

The App is provided free of charge. Advertisements may be displayed via Google AdMob to users who do not have an active premium subscription. For details on the processing of personal information related to advertising, please refer to the App's Privacy Policy.

4. Subscription Service (In-App Purchase)

The App offers a premium subscription (an auto-renewing subscription) that removes ads and provides additional features.

  • Subscription pricing and renewal terms are available in the App's subscription screen.
  • Subscriptions are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, and the Company does not collect or store your payment-method information.
  • The subscription automatically renews under the same terms unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the billing period, and the renewal fee is charged to your store account.
  • You may manage your subscription or turn off auto-renewal through the subscription management screen of the respective store.
  • Refunds are subject to the refund policy of the respective store.

5. Data and Records

Workout records created in the App are stored only on your device. Uninstalling the App will permanently delete all records, and the Company is not responsible for such loss.

6. Changes and Termination of Service

The Company may change the App's features or discontinue the service without prior notice.

7. Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is." The Company is not responsible for any data loss, device damage, or other damages arising from use of the App.

8. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea.
