JUNU(이하 "회사")은 스터디데이(StudyDay, 이하 "본 앱")의 이용자가 안심하고 본 앱을 사용할 수 있도록, 「개인정보 보호법」, EU 일반 개인정보 보호법(GDPR), 미국 캘리포니아 소비자 개인정보 보호법(CCPA) 등 관련 법령을 준수합니다.

1. 본 앱의 데이터 처리 개요

  • 본 앱은 회원가입 절차가 없으며, 이용자의 이름·이메일·연락처 등 식별정보를 수집하지 않습니다.
  • 이용자가 측정한 공부 시간 및 통계 데이터는 이용자의 단말기 내부에만 저장되며, 회사의 서버로 전송·저장되지 않습니다.
  • 본 앱은 무료 제공을 위해 Google AdMob 광고를 게재하며, 이 과정에서 광고 제공자(Google)가 광고 송출을 위해 일부 기기·이용 정보를 처리합니다. 본 앱의 광고는 비개인화 광고로 설정되어 있습니다(자세한 내용은 제2조 참조).
  • 이용자의 학습 데이터(공부 시간·통계)는 광고 목적으로 이용되지 않으며, 단말기 내부에만 저장됩니다.

2. 수집·처리되는 정보 및 광고

회사는 본 앱을 통해 이용자의 이름·이메일·연락처 등 식별정보를 직접 수집하지 않습니다. 다만 본 앱은 Google AdMob을 통해 광고를 게재하며, 광고 제공자인 Google LLC가 광고 송출·빈도 제한·부정행위 방지 등을 위하여 다음 정보를 자동으로 수집·처리할 수 있습니다.

  • 기기 정보(기기 모델, 운영체제 버전, 언어·국가 설정 등)
  • 네트워크 정보(IP 주소 등) 및 대략적 위치(국가/지역 수준)
  • 광고 식별자 및 광고 노출·클릭 등 상호작용 정보

본 앱의 광고는 비개인화 광고(Non-personalized ads)로 설정되어 있어 이용자의 관심사 프로파일에 기반한 맞춤 광고에 활용되지 않습니다. 다만 비개인화 광고에서도 빈도 제한 및 부정행위 방지 목적으로 위 정보의 일부가 처리될 수 있습니다.

광고 제공자(처리자/제3자): Google LLC. Google의 데이터 처리에 관한 자세한 내용은 Google 개인정보처리방침(policies.google.com/privacy) 및 광고 관련 안내(policies.google.com/technologies/ads)를 참조해 주십시오.

회사는 위 광고 관련 정보를 회사 서버에 별도로 저장하지 않으며, 이용자의 학습 데이터는 단말기 내부에만 저장됩니다.

3. 아동에 관한 사항

  • 본 앱은 특정 연령층을 대상으로 하지 않는 일반 이용자용 앱입니다.
  • 회사는 본 앱을 통해 아동을 포함한 이용자의 식별정보를 직접 수집하지 않습니다.
  • 본 앱의 광고는 비개인화 광고로 게재되며, 아동의 관심 기반 맞춤 광고에 이용되지 않습니다.

8. 캘리포니아 거주자(CCPA/CPRA)에 관한 추가 고지

  • 수집되는 개인정보 카테고리: 회사가 직접 수집하는 항목은 없습니다. 광고 제공 과정에서 Google이 기기 식별자, IP 주소, 광고 상호작용 정보 등을 처리할 수 있습니다.
  • 판매·공유 여부: 회사는 개인정보를 판매하지 않습니다. 본 앱의 광고는 비개인화 광고로 제공되며 교차 맥락 행동광고(cross-context behavioral advertising)를 위한 공유에 해당하지 않습니다.

9. 처리방침의 변경

본 처리방침은 법령·정책 또는 보안기술의 변경에 따라 내용의 추가·삭제 및 수정이 있을 수 있으며, 변경 시 본 앱 내 공지사항 또는 본 처리방침의 게시 페이지를 통해 사전 고지합니다. 중대한 변경의 경우 시행일 최소 7일 전(이용자의 권리에 중대한 영향을 미치는 변경의 경우 30일 전)에 공지합니다.

10. 부칙

본 처리방침은 2026년 5월 1일부터 시행되었으며, 광고(Google AdMob) 도입에 관한 개정 사항은 2026년 6월 25일부터 적용됩니다.

JUNU ("the Company") provides StudyDay ("the App") in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the Personal Information Protection Act of Korea (PIPA), the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the CPRA (CCPA/CPRA).

1. Overview

  • The App requires no account or sign-up. We do not collect your name, email, phone number, or any other identifying information.
  • Your study time records and statistics are stored only on your device and are never transmitted to or stored on the Company's servers.
  • To keep the App free, the App displays ads through Google AdMob. In this process, the ad provider (Google) processes certain device and usage information to deliver ads. The App is configured to serve non-personalized ads (see Section 2 for details).
  • Your study data (study time and statistics) is not used for advertising purposes and is stored only on your device.

2. Information Collected and Advertising

The Company does not directly collect your name, email, phone number, or other identifying information through the App. However, the App serves ads through Google AdMob, and the ad provider, Google LLC, may automatically collect and process the following information for ad delivery, frequency capping, and fraud prevention:

  • Device information (device model, operating system version, language/country settings, etc.)
  • Network information (such as IP address) and approximate location (country/region level)
  • Advertising identifiers and ad interaction data such as impressions and clicks

Ads in the App are configured as non-personalized ads and are not used for interest-based ad profiling. Even with non-personalized ads, some of the above information may be processed for frequency capping and fraud prevention.

Ad provider (processor / third party): Google LLC. For details on Google's data processing, see the Google Privacy Policy (policies.google.com/privacy) and Google's advertising notice (policies.google.com/technologies/ads).

The Company does not separately store the above advertising-related information on its servers, and your study data is stored only on your device.

3. Children

  • The App is a general-audience app and is not directed to any specific age group.
  • The Company does not directly collect identifying information from any user, including children.
  • Ads in the App are served as non-personalized ads and are not used for interest-based advertising to children.

7. Additional Notice for California Residents (CCPA/CPRA)

  • Categories of Personal Information Collected: None collected directly by the Company. During ad delivery, Google may process device identifiers, IP address, and ad interaction data.
  • Sale or Sharing: The Company does not sell personal information. Ads in the App are non-personalized and do not constitute "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising.

8. Changes to This Policy

This Policy may be updated to reflect changes in law, policy, or security technology. Updates will be announced in advance via in-app notice or on the page where this Policy is posted. Material changes will be announced at least 7 days before the effective date (or 30 days if the change materially affects user rights).

9. Supplementary Provisions

This Privacy Policy took effect on May 1, 2026. The revisions regarding the introduction of advertising (Google AdMob) apply from June 25, 2026.
