JUNU(이하 "회사")은 터치카트(TouchCart, 이하 "본 앱")의 이용자가 안심하고 본 앱을 사용할 수 있도록, 「개인정보 보호법」, EU 일반 개인정보 보호법(GDPR), 미국 캘리포니아 소비자 개인정보 보호법(CCPA) 등 관련 법령을 준수합니다. 본 처리방침은 본 앱이 수집·이용하는 개인정보의 항목, 처리 목적, 보유 기간 및 이용자의 권리에 대해 안내합니다.

1. 본 앱의 데이터 처리 개요

  • 본 앱은 회원가입 절차가 없으며, 이용자의 이름·이메일·연락처 등 식별정보를 수집하지 않습니다.
  • 이용자가 관리하는 장바구니 항목 및 관련 메모는 이용자의 단말기 내부에만 저장되며, 회사의 서버로 전송·저장되지 않습니다.
  • 회사는 분석 SDK, 백엔드 서버, 클라우드 백업 등 어떠한 외부 시스템으로도 이용자 데이터를 전송하지 않습니다.
  • 다만 본 앱은 무료로 운영하기 위해 광고를 표시하며, 광고 표시 과정에서 광고 네트워크가 광고 식별자(IDFA/ADID)에 접근할 수 있습니다(자세한 내용은 제3항 참조).

2. 수집하는 개인정보 항목 및 수집 방법

회사는 본 앱을 통해 직접 개인정보를 수집하지 않습니다. 다만 본 앱에 내장된 광고 SDK가 광고 표시를 위해 다음 정보를 자동으로 처리할 수 있습니다.

  • 광고 식별자: iOS의 IDFA(Apple Advertising Identifier), Android의 광고 ID(Google Advertising ID)
  • 기기·접속 정보: 기기 모델명, 운영체제 버전, IP 주소, 광고 요청 시각 (광고 네트워크가 자동 수집)

해당 정보는 이용자의 단말기에서 광고 SDK가 직접 광고 네트워크에 전송하며, 회사 서버에는 저장되지 않습니다.

3. 개인정보의 처리 목적

  • 본 앱 내에서 광고를 게재하기 위함
  • 이용자의 이용 환경(만 14세 미만 이용 여부 등)에 따라 비개인화 광고를 표시하기 위함

회사는 위 목적 외의 용도(개인 프로파일링, 마케팅 분석, 제3자 판매 등)로 어떠한 정보도 처리하지 않습니다.

4. 개인정보의 보유 및 이용 기간

  • 회사는 이용자의 개인정보를 보유하지 않습니다.
  • 광고 SDK가 처리하는 광고 식별자의 보유 기간은 해당 광고 네트워크(Google AdMob)의 정책에 따릅니다. 자세한 내용은 본 처리방침 제6항의 링크를 참고해 주십시오.

5. 개인정보의 제3자 제공

회사는 이용자의 개인정보를 제3자에게 제공하지 않습니다. 회사가 직접 수집·보유하는 개인정보 자체가 없습니다.

6. 광고 SDK 처리 안내 (처리위탁에 준함)

본 앱은 다음 광고 SDK를 사용하며, 해당 SDK는 광고 송출을 위해 이용자의 단말기 정보에 접근할 수 있습니다.

본 앱은 Google AdMob에 대해 비개인화 광고(Non-Personalized Ads) 옵션만을 사용하도록 설정합니다. 이에 따라 이용자의 광고 식별자는 광고 빈도 제한, 부정 클릭 방지, 광고 결과 측정 등 제한된 목적으로만 사용되며, 이용자의 관심사 기반 프로파일링에는 이용되지 않습니다.

7. 만 14세 미만 아동에 대한 사항

  • 본 앱은 만 14세 미만 아동도 이용할 수 있도록 설계되어 있습니다.
  • 회사는 모든 이용자(만 14세 미만 포함)에 대해 비개인화 광고만 표시하며, 관심사 기반 맞춤 광고를 표시하지 않습니다.
  • Google Play 가족 정책(Families Policy) 및 Apple App Store 키즈 카테고리 정책을 준수합니다.
  • 회사는 만 14세 미만 아동의 식별정보를 일체 수집하지 않습니다.

8. 이용자 권리행사 방법

회사가 직접 보유하는 개인정보가 없으므로 열람·정정·삭제 등의 일반적 권리행사 대상이 없습니다. 다만 광고 SDK가 처리하는 광고 식별자에 대해 이용자는 다음과 같이 직접 제어할 수 있습니다.

  • iOS: 「설정 > 개인정보 보호 및 보안 > 추적」에서 앱별 추적 권한을 해제하거나, 「설정 > 개인정보 보호 및 보안 > Apple 광고」에서 개인화 광고를 끌 수 있습니다.
  • Android: 「설정 > Google > 광고」에서 광고 ID를 삭제하거나 맞춤 광고를 끌 수 있습니다.
  • 본 처리방침이나 개인정보 처리와 관련된 문의는 아래 보호책임자 연락처로 보내주시기 바랍니다.

9. 개인정보의 안전성 확보 조치

회사는 이용자의 개인정보를 서버에 저장하지 않으므로 서버 측 유출 위험이 없습니다. 광고 SDK를 통해 처리되는 정보의 안전성은 해당 광고 네트워크(Google)의 보호 조치에 따릅니다.

10. 자동 수집 도구의 거부 방법

본 앱은 별도의 쿠키, 분석 도구, 추적 픽셀을 사용하지 않습니다. 광고 SDK 관련 추적 거부는 제8항을 참조해 주십시오.

14. EU 거주자(GDPR)에 관한 추가 고지

EU 거주 이용자에 대해 회사는 GDPR 제13조에 따라 다음 사항을 추가로 안내합니다.

  • 국가 간 데이터 이전: Google AdMob을 통한 광고 송출 과정에서 광고 식별자가 미국 등 EU 외부로 이전될 수 있으며, Google은 표준계약조항(SCCs) 등 적법한 이전 메커니즘을 적용합니다.

15. 캘리포니아 거주자(CCPA/CPRA)에 관한 추가 고지

  • 수집되는 개인정보 카테고리: Identifiers (Google AdMob을 통한 광고 식별자에 한함).
  • 판매·공유 여부: 회사는 개인정보를 판매(Sale)하거나 공유(Share for cross-context behavioral advertising)하지 않습니다. 비개인화 광고만을 사용합니다.

본 처리방침은 법령·정책 또는 보안기술의 변경에 따라 내용의 추가·삭제 및 수정이 있을 수 있으며, 변경 시 본 앱 내 공지사항 또는 본 처리방침의 게시 페이지를 통해 사전 고지합니다. 중대한 변경의 경우 시행일 최소 7일 전(이용자의 권리에 중대한 영향을 미치는 변경의 경우 30일 전)에 공지합니다.

JUNU ("the Company") provides TouchCart ("the App") in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the Personal Information Protection Act of Korea (PIPA), the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the CPRA (CCPA/CPRA). This Privacy Policy explains what information is processed in connection with your use of the App, the purposes of such processing, and your rights.

1. Overview

  • The App requires no account or sign-up. We do not collect your name, email, phone number, or any other identifying information.
  • Your shopping cart items and related notes are stored only on your device and are never transmitted to or stored on the Company's servers.
  • The Company does not operate analytics SDKs, backend servers, or cloud backups that receive your data.
  • To keep the App free, advertisements are shown. The advertising network may access advertising identifiers on your device for ad delivery. See Section 3 for details.

2. Information Processed and How It Is Collected

The Company itself does not collect personal information through the App. However, the advertising SDK embedded in the App may process the following information for ad delivery:

  • Advertising identifiers: IDFA (Apple Advertising Identifier) on iOS, AAID (Google Advertising ID) on Android.
  • Device and connection information: device model, OS version, IP address, ad request timestamp (collected automatically by the advertising network).

This information is sent directly from your device to the advertising network by the SDK and is never stored on the Company's servers.

3. Purposes of Processing

  • To display advertisements within the App.
  • To display non-personalized ads to all users, regardless of age, including children under 14.

The Company does not use any information for purposes other than the above, including personal profiling, marketing analytics, or third-party sale.

4. Retention Period

  • The Company does not retain any user personal information.
  • The retention of advertising identifiers processed by the advertising SDK is governed by the policy of the advertising network (Google AdMob). Please refer to the link in Section 6.

5. Disclosure to Third Parties

The Company does not disclose any personal information to third parties. The Company does not collect or retain such information directly.

6. Advertising SDKs (Functional Processor Notice)

The App uses the following advertising SDK, which may access device information for ad delivery:

The App is configured to use only Non-Personalized Ads via Google AdMob. Your advertising identifier is used solely for limited purposes such as frequency capping, click-fraud prevention, and ad measurement; it is not used for interest-based profiling.

7. Children (Users Under 14)

  • The App is designed to be usable by children under 14.
  • The Company shows only non-personalized ads to all users, including children, and does not show interest-based or behavioral ads.
  • The App complies with Google Play Families Policy and Apple App Store Kids Category requirements.
  • The Company does not collect any identifying information from children under 14.

8. Exercising Your Rights

Because the Company does not hold personal information, the typical rights to access, correct, or delete data held by the Company do not apply. You can directly control advertising identifiers as follows:

  • iOS: Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking — revoke tracking permission per app; or Settings > Privacy & Security > Apple Advertising — disable personalized ads.
  • Android: Settings > Google > Ads — delete advertising ID or opt out of personalized ads.

9. Security Measures

The Company does not store user personal information on any server, so there is no server-side breach risk. Security of information processed by the advertising SDK is governed by the security measures of the advertising network (Google).

10. Automated Tools / Tracking

The App does not use cookies, analytics tools, or tracking pixels. To opt out of advertising SDK tracking, see Section 8.

13. Additional Notice for EU/EEA Residents (GDPR)

  • Legal Basis: The Company itself does not collect or store personal data. Ad delivery is based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR — legitimate interest in providing the App as a free service.
  • Your Rights: access, rectification, erasure ("right to be forgotten"), restriction of processing, objection, and data portability. Because the Company holds no data, these rights regarding advertising identifiers should be exercised through your device settings or directly through Google AdMob.
  • Right to Lodge a Complaint: You may lodge a complaint with the data protection authority of your EU member state.
  • International Transfers: Advertising identifiers processed by Google AdMob may be transferred outside the EU (e.g., to the USA). Google relies on lawful transfer mechanisms such as Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs).

14. Additional Notice for California Residents (CCPA/CPRA)

  • Categories of Personal Information Collected: Identifiers (limited to advertising identifiers processed by Google AdMob).
  • Sale or Sharing: The Company does not "sell" or "share" personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. Only non-personalized ads are used.
  • Your Rights: Right to Know, Right to Delete, Right to Correct, Right to Opt-Out of Sale/Sharing, Right to Limit Use of Sensitive Personal Information, and Right to Non-Discrimination.

15. Changes to This Policy

This Policy may be updated to reflect changes in law, policy, or security technology. Updates will be announced in advance via in-app notice or on the page where this Policy is posted. Material changes will be announced at least 7 days before the effective date (or 30 days if the change materially affects user rights).
